The cushion is made of compartments filled with air-filled SmartCells. Move cells between compartments and you can even up a pelvic obliquity, support an amputation or settle a rotated pelvis, and the cells keep redistributing pressure once the client is seated. A pre-ischial section at the front reduces sliding and shear.
The Incotec outer resists fluid and cleans down quickly, and the cushion underneath is machine washable, so it stays serviceable where equipment turns over between clients.
