Where sitting tolerance is poor and the skin is already compromised, depth of immersion matters. The Vicair Adjuster O2 in its deepest build surrounds the sitting bones with air-filled SmartCells and keeps pressure moving while the client sits.

Each compartment can be adjusted by adding or taking out cells, so the cushion is shaped to the client at fitting and reshaped at review when their posture changes. The pre-ischial section at the front cuts forward sliding and the shear it creates.

It is supplied with the Vicair O2 top cover, and both the cushion and the cover wash.
