For a client with an asymmetric posture and continence needs, the Vicair Adjuster O2 with the Incotec cover covers both. The Incotec outer resists fluid and cleans down quickly, and the cushion beneath it washes when it needs to.

The cushion is made up of compartments filled with air-filled SmartCells. Move cells between compartments and you can support an obliquity, an amputation or a fixed rotation, and the cells carry on adapting to the person once the set up is done.

A pre-ischial section at the front of the cushion reduces sliding and shear, which helps a client stay back in the chair through the day and keeps the skin over the sacrum out of trouble.
