The CuroCell static air cushion is for a client who needs pressure redistribution in the chair without anything to set up. It arrives pre filled, so there is no pump, no inflation routine and nothing for a carer or a client to get wrong on a Monday morning.
Air moves between the cells as the person shifts, spreading load across the sitting surface. It is used for comfort, for prevention in a client at risk, and as part of treating an existing pressure ulcer up to category 2. The soft material is made to hold up under long sitting hours.
