Anterior trunk support is what keeps some clients upright enough to see, to eat safely and to drive their own chair. This shoulder harness holds the upper body back against the backrest using contoured pads that follow the line of the shoulders and ribs.
The sternum strap is positioned low, which keeps the webbing away from the neck. Edge binding on the pads is made to sit flat without wrinkling, so skin stays intact under a support that is worn all day.
Choose the standard build where firm, non stretch support is needed, or the dynamic build where the client should be allowed controlled movement. Mounting options cover flat and cinch fittings, with strap guides available where the backrest limits placement.
