The Vicair Adjuster O2 suits a client whose shape makes seating hard to get right: pelvic obliquity, a windswept posture, an amputation, or a pelvis that keeps sliding forward. The cushion is built from separate compartments filled with Vicair SmartCells, so you can move fill between zones until the pelvis sits level and the bony points are carried across the whole surface, not concentrated on a few small points.
This is the low build of the Adjuster, which keeps the client close to their original seat position and makes transfers and footplate setup easier to hold. A pre ischial bar helps stop forward sliding, and the zip sits part way up the cushion so you can open it and change the fill while the client stays seated.
This version comes with the reversible cover, fluid resistant on one face and cool stretch fabric on the other, so the same cushion can be turned to suit the day, the setting or the weather.
