The Frontier V6 Urban is the all-rounder of the range, aimed at a client who is busy and does not want to think about whether the chair will cope. Mid wheel drive keeps the turn tight for indoors, and the frame is the same adjustable platform used across the V6 family.
What makes it flexible is the wheels. On urban tyres it is a comfortable, quick street chair for footpaths, shops and work. Change to off-road wheels and the same chair becomes an all terrain machine, so a client whose life changes does not need a new prescription to match. All-wheel suspension and geared in-line motors handle kerbs, ramps and long days without complaint.
Seating is built on an adjustable seat pan that accepts Magic Mobility rehab seating or aftermarket systems, with centre post, manual or powered elevating legrests, and R-Net electronics with an LCD or LED display. Tie-down points are crash test compliant. The motors are splash resistant only, so keep the chair out of water, creeks and the sea. Premium colours cost extra.
