An airway trolley keeps intubation and difficult airway equipment together and ready to move. When an airway goes bad the delay is almost always in finding gear, so having laryngoscopes, tubes, bougies and rescue devices laid out in a known order on one cart is what makes the response quick.
Drawers let each department build its own airway algorithm into the cart, one drawer per step, and the trolley rolls to wherever it is needed in theatre, intensive care, emergency or on the ward for a response call.
We supply hospitals and clinics across Tasmania.
