Wards, treatment rooms and community clinics all run into the same problem: stock ends up in the wrong place and somebody spends their shift looking for it. The Spectra trolley combines a mobile frame with five drawer baskets, so consumables can be split by type, by procedure or by clinician and moved to where the work is happening.
The shelves are one piece moulded polymer with rounded internal corners, which makes them quick to wipe out and leaves nowhere for spills to sit. A raised lip on three sides keeps items from sliding off while the trolley is moving. The whole unit is colour coded, which helps when a service runs several trolleys for different purposes.
The handle and castors make it easy for one person to move between rooms, including over thresholds and on vinyl flooring.
