A pair of knee supports for the SMART standing frame, each one adjustable on its own. They hold the knee in a safe line while the client takes weight, and because the two sides are set separately you can accommodate a leg length difference or a knee that behaves differently from its neighbour.
That independence matters for clients with asymmetric tone, a hip that sits higher, or a contracture on one side. Setting each knee where it belongs keeps the pelvis level above it and stops the client working against their own frame. The pads adjust in three directions, so the fit can be refined precisely at a review.
They can be fitted to a frame already in service.
