A slim column scale for consulting rooms and allied health practices that want a clear readout without a bulky frame. The display sits up on the column at a comfortable reading height, so the clinician is not crouching over the floor to take a number.

Four weight sensors sit under the platform and share the load, which keeps the reading consistent wherever the person puts their feet. The housing pairs moulded plastic with a safety glass platform, and an extra connection between the base and the column adds rigidity for heavier users.

Step on and it wakes up by itself, and the step off function lets you take a reading without switching it on first. It runs on standard AA batteries, so there is no cable to trip over in a small room.
