The seca 201 is a retractable circumference tape built for repeated clinical use.

The tape unwinds smoothly and locks in place, and the start of the tape fastens to the retraction mechanism so the measurement can be taken one handed. The scale is printed along the side of the housing, which makes the result easy to read without twisting the tape.

The housing sits in the hand comfortably and is built to survive being dropped, which is what tends to end the life of a clinical tape. It is small enough to live in a pocket or a home visit bag.
