Some clients cannot be fitted from a size chart. A severe pelvic obliquity, an amputation, an unusual seat pan or a piece of equipment that was never designed for a cushion all leave you choosing between a poor fit and nothing at all. This is the custom built option.
You record the client’s measurements on the ROHO grid form, and the cushion is built to those dimensions in air cells, so the person gets a surface made to their own shape and their own chair. The cell behaviour is the same as the rest of the range, adjusting under the client and continuing to adjust as they move.
It is worth considering for clients with a history of pressure injury in a position that standard cushions keep loading, and for seating that has been modified beyond what off the shelf sizes cover.
We are Tasmanian owned and will work through the grid with you.
