If a client pushes hard through the backrest, throws themselves back, or sits with their centre of gravity well to the rear, a shower commode can feel unstable behind. These rear anti-tip stabilisers bolt onto the chassis and stop the chair tipping backwards.
They are also worth fitting when an amputee leg support is used, or whenever a carer has to tilt the chair over a threshold. This version comes with the attachment brackets included, so there is nothing else to order to get them on the chair.
Supplied as a pair. A small change that makes a real difference to how confident both the client and the carer feel.
