About this product

Long procedures punish the surgeon’s back before they punish anything else. This stool takes height adjustment off the hands entirely: a pneumatic foot control raises and lowers the seat, so a scrubbed clinician can change position without breaking sterility or asking anyone to step in.

The backrest is contoured, which gives some lumbar support across a long list. The seat swivels a full turn, so the surgeon can reach instruments and assistants without shuffling the base. Foam padding under an anti-microbial, anti-static vinyl cover keeps it comfortable and easy to wipe down between cases.

A wide moulded stainless steel base on twin castors keeps it stable. It is made in Australia and there is no brake on the castors.
