About this product

The elevated footboard raises the standing platform on a Molift Quick Raiser 205. Lifting the feet higher changes the geometry of the stand, bringing the knees closer to the knee support and the client into a better starting position.

It is fitted for smaller and shorter clients, including children and young people, where the standard plate leaves them sitting too low for the knee pads and the arm to line up properly. Getting that alignment right is what makes the stand feel supported through the legs, not through the shoulders, and it lets a client with limited strength contribute to their own transfer.

It mounts to the hoist and can be removed again if the hoist is later used with an adult, so a service running one hoist across several clients is not locked in.
