The trolley carries the Molift Air motor along the ceiling rail. This is the IRC version, so it takes charge from the rail itself: park the hoist anywhere on the track and it charges, with no wall charger and no plugging in.
That suits shared houses, SIL properties and respite settings where different carers use the same hoist and a flat battery in the morning holds up the whole routine. It also helps in homes where the client’s hoist is used many times a day and there is no natural gap for charging.
The motor is moved along the rail by hand in this specification. It fits the Molift Air motors listed in the specifications and can be fitted at install or added to an existing Molift rail system.
