The 3B Board is a curved seated transfer board for clients crossing a wider gap, such as wheelchair to bed, to an armchair or into a car. The banana shape can be turned either way, so you set the curve to suit the direction of travel and the space you have to work in.
The top surface is low friction so your client can shuffle across with their own push or with light assistance, and the underside grips so the board stays where you put it. For a client with reasonable trunk control and sitting balance, that combination is often the difference between needing a hoist and managing a transfer with one carer.
A moulded handle makes it easy to carry and to slide out from under the client once they have landed.
