About this product

Torso supports for the VFit chair, supplied as a pair, for clients who lean to one side or lack the trunk control to stay centred. They bring the sides of the chair in against the ribcage and give corrective support through the trunk.

Width is adjustable, so you can set them close for a client who needs containment or open them out as tone or tolerance changes. For clients with reduced muscle tone, the added contact also makes the chair feel more secure, which often improves how long they will stay in it.

They fit as part of the modular VFit system and can be removed for transfers, cleaning or full carer access.
