Four functions give the care team what they need for safe manual handling: height adjustment to bring the bed to the carer’s working height, head lift and knee break for pressure care and breathing comfort, and Trendelenburg and reverse for anti shear positioning and circulation. Heavy duty actuators run quietly, and the rechargeable battery keeps functions live through an outage.
CurveX rounded corners protect shins and knees from knocks, and the charcoal frame with optional headboards keeps the look domestic. Eight swivel castors, four of them lockable, make the bed manageable to move.
