The UM-102B is the dual use version of A&D’s mercury free sphygmomanometer. It works on a bench or trolley as it comes, and it also mounts onto the matching mobile stand when you want the unit wheeled to the bedside and kept off the work surface.
Measurement is auscultatory with a stethoscope, read from a digital column with an anti glare display and an adjustable viewing angle. Pulse rate is shown digitally at the same time, which saves counting. The ABS housing is chemical resistant for routine cleaning between clients, and the body carries a cuff holder and a grip for carrying.
Batteries are quick to replace and a set covers a long run of measurements, so it is well suited to a ward, a residential aged care site or a community nursing round.
