Some clients need more room across the shoulders in the sling than a standard cradle allows. The wide four point active powered cradle is the Oxford answer to that, built for the Presence and the Stature and giving a broader spread across the four attachment points.
Powered tilt is the working part of it. The carer adjusts recline and upright position from the handset while the client stays supported, which helps with bariatric transfers, with clients who fatigue quickly, and with anyone whose position needs fine adjustment before they are lowered into a chair. The Securi3 clip system holds the sling loops securely through the movement.
For the carer, the result is fewer manual corrections and less reaching across a loaded sling. For the client, it is a steadier ride and a better seated position at the end of it.
