Gynaecological examinations ask a lot of both people in the room: the patient needs to be positioned comfortably and with dignity, and the practitioner needs the work at the right height without breaking position. This chair does both electrically, with height and seat tilt on a foot switch driven by a TiMotion motor.
Who it suits
It suits a practice that wants one piece of furniture covering gynaecology, general examination and minor treatments. The added headrest section means the chair opens out into a full length couch, and both the headrest and backrest run on dual gas struts so they can be set quickly by hand. A debris tray and foot pads come as standard.
Rounded frame legs, adjustable feet for an uneven floor and retractable castors make it practical in a small consulting room. The vinyl upholstery resists fluids and cleaning agents.
