Continence care often comes down to how quickly someone knows. This monitor connects to a Cura1 Economy incontinence pad and alerts as soon as the pad detects moisture, so a change can happen before skin damage, disturbed sleep or a soaked mattress becomes the bigger problem.
Three tones and adjustable volume let staff set an alert that carries to where they are without waking a whole wing, and mute is available while a change is under way. A delay setting reduces nuisance alarms, a red LED marks the activation, and low battery is flagged both visually and audibly. It can also be linked into a nurse call system through a volt free relay.
