Sometimes the tray is fine and it is the mounting that has to change. This steel channel bracket is the flip away mounting used with a Therafin standard half tray, sold on its own so a service can replace damaged hardware or set a tray up on a different chair.
The channel takes the tray on from the front and lets it flip up and out to the side, which keeps transfers clear and means the tray does not have to be lifted off and found a home somewhere in the room.
It suits equipment pools and repair benches keeping trays in service, and clinicians reconfiguring a chair the client already has.
