A surrounding chest support for the smallest R82 Crocodile frame, for a very young child who cannot yet hold their trunk upright while stepping. It wraps around the chest and takes some of the work out of staying vertical, so the child can put their effort into moving their legs.
This is often what makes gait training possible at all for a child at this stage. With the trunk held, the arms are freed from propping and the child can start to feel weight shifting from one leg to the other. As trunk control improves, the support can be loosened off and eventually removed, so it stays useful through a period of change rather than being outgrown immediately.
It is adjustable through a range of chest sizes, and it fits the size 0 frame. Set it snug enough to support without restricting breathing, and check the fit again after a growth spurt or a change in clothing layers.
