After a hip or knee replacement the toilet is often the first thing that stops a client going home. The Peak Care C8310 sits on the existing pan, raises the seat and adds an arm on each side to push up from, which is usually enough to make the toilet independent again.
Three riser settings let you match the height to the client’s precautions rather than guessing, and the setting can be changed as they recover. The arms swing back out of the way, which matters for a side transfer and also means the seat is easy to wipe down. A lid is included, so the toilet still looks and works like a toilet for everyone else in the house.
It suits clients with weak quads or painful joints who need height and something to push on, but who do not need a frame standing on the floor. In a small bathroom where a frame will not fit, this is often the only workable option. The seat is polypropylene and wipes clean, and it goes on without tools.
