The Peak Care Deluxe spans the bath rim so your client sits down outside the bath and then slides across into it, instead of lifting a leg over the edge. The moulded bench is wide enough to move across in one go rather than stopping halfway to reposition.
The legs adjust in height to level the bench and set the seat where your client can get on and off it, and non-slip rubber tips keep it steady. The plastic back removes for an open seat, the fixed handles give something solid to hold during the slide, and there is a moulded soap holder so nothing has to be reached for. The aluminium frame is light enough to lift out of the bath between uses.
It suits clients who cannot safely lift a leg over the side of a bath: limited standing balance, hip or knee precautions after surgery, or reduced range of movement. The back gives light trunk support for people who tire while showering seated.
