The FS5 puts the pillow, the mattress and the bed into one piece. It is a deep seclusion surface that goes straight onto the floor, with the pillow section moulded into the top of the mattress so there is no loose item in the room at all.
The pillow section is a dual density inverted convolute build, shaped to support the head and made to resist being picked apart. Under the client, a premium comfort layer sits over an open cell postural support core that holds up in inclined positions and does not bottom out when someone repositions hard.
The cover is heavy duty PVC, fully sealed, welded at every seam and completely waterproof, with no zip, no cord and no sharp edge. Foam and cover are fire retardant, and the surface takes strong chlorine cleaning, so it is turned around quickly between clients. Australian made, with heavier cover grades available for the highest risk rooms.
