Getting in and out of bed is where a lot of falls start. This bed rail gives a client something solid to pull against as they roll to sitting and to push off as they stand, which keeps a transfer under their own control and off the call bell.
The peak shape carries the grip up higher, so a client who needs to pull from above has a hand hold at the right height. It fits either side of the bed, and it assembles without tools, which matters when a client moves house or goes to respite.
It lifts out for bed making and pulls apart for storage or transport. Optional tie down straps are available where the mattress and base need the rail held more firmly.
