A traverse rail is the cross member in a two direction overhead track, the part that lets the motor travel across the room as well as along it. This is the version without a removable section, supplied with end caps.
Use it where the full coverage of an H system is needed: a bedroom where the hoist has to reach both the bed and an ensuite doorway, or a room where the chair position moves. Because there is no removable section, the rail is a continuous run, which keeps the installation simple where the motor stays on the system permanently.
It is available in high and low profile to suit ceiling height, and in a range of lengths, so the track is built to suit the room. Finish is warm white, which reads as part of the ceiling in a family home.
