Some clients cannot be fitted from a stock contour. Asymmetry through the pelvis, a windswept posture or a rotated trunk needs the shape built around them, and that is what this back support allows: the foam is made up of removable uCube blocks that the fitter pulls out, swaps or trims until the shell matches the client.
The blocks are held by pins, so they stay where they are put and can still be changed at review. That makes it a practical option for a posture that is still moving, whether from growth, tone or a surgical change.
A pelvic positioning cut-out helps the client sit back into a natural seated position, and the three layer cover carries an air channel through the middle to move heat and moisture away from the back. One hand quick release takes it off the chair for transport.
