Blocks come out, get trimmed or get swapped for a different height, so the surface is built around a windswept pelvis, a rotation or an uneven thoracic wall. They are pinned in place, which keeps the shape stable between reviews while leaving it open to change when the posture moves.
For the client it means deep containment without a hard spot pressing somewhere it should not.
