Some clients need the pelvis brought into the seat evenly and need it adjusted while they are sitting in it. The dual centre pull version of the Dreamline two point padded hip belt has two adjustment points at the centre, so tension is taken up on each side independently and the pelvis is drawn straight back, with no pull off to one side.

That independent adjustment is useful where one side of the pelvis sits forward of the other, or where a carer needs to snug one side without loosening the whole belt. The padded section spreads the load across the front of the pelvis, and ribbed nylon webbing and stainless steel adjusters hold the setting through daily use.

It is a sensible option for clients who fatigue through the day and settle forward in the chair as they do.
