The Dreamline Contour Backrest is a rigid aluminium shell with integrated lateral support and a bubble contoured foam face, so the client is held with surface contact spread across the back and not concentrated along a few points.
A central channel runs down the back so the spinous processes are offloaded, which matters for clients with a prominent spine or existing skin sensitivity over the back. High resilience foam bonded to a visco elastic overlay gives immersion at the surface and support underneath, and ventilation holes through both the foam and the shell let heat and moisture escape.
It ships with a lumbar pad and lateral stability wedges, and polymer gel inserts can be added where you need more offloading in a specific spot.
