Not every full time wheelchair user needs deep contouring. For a client with reasonable trunk control who transfers themselves and needs moderate pressure care, the Dreamline Assist Cushion gives a mild contour and a foam build that stays comfortable across a long day in the chair.
The surface uses Permobil’s bubble contouring to spread weight across the seat and keep circulation moving through the lower limbs. Under that sits a Sunmate visco elastic overlay for immersion and a latex free urethane foam core for support that holds its shape. Four positioning pads come with the cushion, so a small pelvic obliquity can be corrected at fitting without a custom build.
The cover is a four way stretch water resistant incontinence layer with a breathable outer, which means it moves with the client and handles the realities of daily use.
