This belt secures the pelvis or the trunk in an Ella stander, depending on where you mount it. Holding the pelvis back against the frame is what stops a client sliding forward or rotating out of alignment once they are up.
It fastens with both hook and loop and a buckle, so a carer gets quick adjustment for the day to day fit and a positive closure that will not creep during the session. The padded section spreads pressure across the contact area so it is not concentrated on the front of the pelvis.
Belts come in several widths and lengths to suit the frame size and the client, and they fit standers already in service.
