Extended straps solve a mounting problem. When the vest anchor points sit low or well behind the client, the extra strap length lets you set the pull angle so the trunk comes back and down into the seat and is not drawn upwards.
The vest itself is dynamic, made from laminated neoprene that stretches with movement and returns the client towards midline. For clients with extensor thrust or restless upper trunks, that give is often the difference between a support they wear all day and one that comes off by lunchtime.
Both full and trim cuts are available so the vest matches the client’s build. Hinged buckles keep the shoulder straps tracking properly, finger loops allow adjustment from behind the chair, and chair attachment hardware comes with it.
