The fixation insert is the reinforced seating liner for the xRover REHA. It shapes the seat around the client and holds the head, trunk and legs in position while the stroller is moving, which is when posture normally gives way.

It was developed for small children, including those under two, who are too little for the seat to support on its own, and it works for any client who needs more contact and containment than a flat seat surface gives. A wedge sits between the feet as part of the system to stop the legs drifting together.

It comes in three sizes to match the stroller, drops in and lifts out for washing, and can be adjusted individually where a client needs something specific.
