The canopy on an xRover covers a client’s head and shoulders, but on a bright Tasmanian afternoon the sun comes in low and sideways. The peak zips onto the front edge of the canopy and extends it forward, putting the face and eyes in shade.
It is worth having for clients who are photosensitive, who are on medication that increases sun sensitivity, or who simply cannot turn away from the glare or ask for it to be fixed. Because it extends the canopy forward, the client keeps a clear view out and stays part of what is going on around them.
It zips on and off in seconds, so it can live in the stroller bag and come out only when the weather asks for it. Four colours are available.
