This DS66 package solves that by pairing the gauge with a multi cuff kit covering child through to large adult, all in one zipped case. The gauge itself is the Gold Series DS66 with trigger release and gear free DuraShock movement, chosen where a device is carried, bumped and used many times a day and still has to read true.

The trigger valve gives fine control over deflation with one hand, which keeps the other free for the stethoscope.
