About this product

This is the 1.5 metre version of the aluminium access ramp with hand rails, sized for a modest step or a low landing where a longer span would not fit the approach.

One piece construction means there is nothing to assemble beyond bolting on the rails. The walking surface is textured extruded aluminium for grip in the wet, side curbs stop wheels running off, and the ground end carries a self adjusting transition plate so there is no lip to catch a castor. Rails on both sides give a walking client a handhold the whole way.

It works with manual wheelchairs, powerchairs and scooters, and it is light enough to be treated as semi permanent and moved if the client’s needs change. Pre drilled mounting holes are there if you decide to fix it down.
