The Trix is a shower chair that also goes over the toilet, so showering and toileting happen in the one seat and the client is transferred once.
The frame is grade 304 stainless steel in heavy wall tubing, which is what you want in a bathroom that is wet every day and in a chair carrying a high load. The seat is open at the rear for access, and the armrests splay outward so there is no pinch point when a client is lowered in or slid across from a board.
The seat lifts out on a clip system for cleaning, seat height and depth adjust to the client, and transport wheels can be fitted when the chair moves between rooms. Padded polyurethane and pressure care seats are available, in open or closed front.
It comes in a range of widths, so the seat can be matched to your client’s hips.
