Some clients can walk part of the way and no further. The Transroller works as a seat walker while they are walking and as a transit chair when they run out of legs, so one piece of equipment covers the whole outing.
Leg rests swing away or come off when the client is walking, and the double X frame holds its shape while someone is being pushed. The sling backrest takes the shape of the user, the brakes work with a light touch for tired hands, and the woven nylon seat copes with being sat on for long stretches.
It folds narrow for the boot, comes with a removable shoulder bag, and the large castors handle footpaths and shopping centre floors.
Who it suits
It suits clients with limited endurance, particularly people who want to keep walking but need somewhere to be pushed from when fatigue or breathlessness arrives.
