The TiLite Z is a lightweight aluminium rigid chair built for performance. It suits an active user who pushes their own chair, wants it to feel direct under the hands, and is looking for a rigid aluminium frame.
The rigid frame does two things for the user. It puts more of each push into forward motion, and it keeps its geometry, so the chair still feels the same in year three as it did at handover. Aluminium keeps the weight low for lifting into a car, one of the main reasons active users choose a rigid frame in the first place.
It is built to the client’s measurements and stays adjustable: camber, front frame angle and centre of gravity are all set at fitting and can be revisited as technique develops. A folding seat back drops it down for the boot, and a standard taper footrest keeps the front end tidy.
