The TWIST was designed from the ground up for children, and it shows in the way it handles growth. There are no parts to buy and no growth kits to chase: the chair grows with the child as they go.
That matters more than it sounds. Growth kits mean delays, extra funding requests and a chair that fits badly in the meantime. Building the growth into the frame means the therapist can keep the fit right as it happens, and the child stays in a chair that suits them rather than one they are waiting to fit into.
The rest of it is aimed at exploration, independence and play. It is an aluminium frame with a wide range of camber settings, adjustable centre of gravity and front and rear seat heights, a folding seat back for the car, and a transit tie-down option for school transport. In other words, it is set up to be adjusted as skills develop, not just as the body changes.
