Positioning vests take a lot of load through their straps, and straps wear out long before the vest does. This kit supplies heavy duty webbing straps together with the hardware to attach them, so a vest already in use can be put back into service.

The polypropylene webbing resists stretch, which matters because a strap that has gone soft lets the client migrate forward over the course of a day and undoes the support the vest was prescribed for. Fresh straps restore the original fit and hold their tension.

Ordering the straps and the attachment hardware together saves a second order when the mount points also need replacing, which is common on chairs that have been in daily use for a few years.
