This shoeholder has no straps at all, which makes it the option for a client who will not tolerate anything across the foot or who pulls straps off through the day. The foot sits into a rigid base with flexible sidewalls that hold it without pinning it.
Padding lines the base and the sides, so it works with shoes, in socks or barefoot. The pads lift out, which means a carer can wash them or replace them when they wear without replacing the holder.
The base is pre-drilled for footplate mounting and the hardware is supplied, so it goes onto most chairs without fabrication.
