This knee support holds one leg in position where a client’s knee drifts inward or the thigh rotates in sitting. Three pivot points in the hardware let you set the pad angle, height and depth independently, so the pad meets the knee flat and the correction is comfortable enough to be tolerated all day.
It mounts on the footrest hanger and swings away, which keeps the front of the chair clear for a stand transfer or a hoist sling. The setting is retained, so nobody has to re-measure it each morning.
Pad options cover a range of contact areas and the urethane foam is textured and self skinning, so it wipes down and copes with daily handling.
