Use this hardware when a client needs a knee adductor for positioning but also needs the space in front of the knee cleared for transfers. The arm flips down out of the way and comes back to the position you set, so the correction does not get lost each time the client gets in or out.
The short arm version sits closer to the mounting point, which suits a client with a short femur or a seat where a long arm would foul the front rigging. Mounts are made for the usual seat frame tube sizes and for Quantum and Motion Concepts channel, so you can specify what matches the chair in front of you.
Left, right and paired sets are available, and pads can be ordered with the hardware or left off if the client already has a pad you want to keep.
